Learning from others through mentoring experiences helps our future leaders speed up their development process and provides them with years of effective practical knowledge.<\/p>\n<p>Aligned with one of our strategic directions of the long-term strategy \u00e2\u20ac\u201c people development \u00e2\u20ac\u201c the Odyssey Mentoring Program received the C-level support by actively participating in the program as mentors for senior executives. The program aimed two-fold: (1) supporting the learning culture in an informal environment, and (2) practical knowledge transfer. As an effect, the program continues across geographies, at C-suite level, and has set the ground for a junior mentoring program.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>We feel humble to receive such recognition of our mentoring program, from this well-known professional body. The recognition is a solid indicator that our concept, implementation, and results are on the right path. Our efforts to create such an impactful learning experience involve a solid learning culture, strong leadership values, and commitment towards developing others, as well as an effective relationship between our organization and our partners and we are very grateful for all the support that we have received throughout this process.
