In 2025 the tradition of community involvement with colleagues and partner NGOs continued to make a difference throughout the year.

Nearly 1,700 colleagues were involved in career orientation sessions or in helping children from vulnerable backgrounds learn new things, they donated school supplies, clothing items or toys, helped our partners’ teams plant trees or participated in donations organized together with the Bucharest Blood Transfusion Center. In total, together with our NGO partners, our colleagues participated in more than 260 volunteering activities, during more than 5,000 volunteering hours.

Regarding education, together with the NGOs with which we collaborate, we focused on supporting the development of digital skills and the foundations of programming or on the development of critical thinking, necessary skills for finding a better employment in the future labor market. We have also been involved in helping children, from areas with lower access to information, understand more about the financial world, about how to stay safe on the Internet, how to avoid or what to do when confronted with bullying or cyberbullying situations, how to work as a team, how to have a good presentation, or to manage projects or their own time.

Our efforts to support education and improve children’s learning conditions continued throughout the summer, when, together with our partners from the ETIC association and the Progress and World Vision Romania Foundations, we participated in the renovation activities which took place at a kindergarten, a school or at libraries from rural areas.

More than that, together with the AMAIS team, we supported the visually impaired persons grow abilities necessary for everyday work and to acquire an independent lifestyle, while facilitating discussion contexts designed to understand more about the challenges they face and how they can be addressed in a less accessible society.

Regarding circular economy, through furniture donations we helped equip 12 schools together with the Aura Ion association, while the Ateliere Fără Frontiere team helped us give a second life to IT equipment so that new schools in rural areas receive computers for free. Apart from that, the equipment which could no longer be used entered the responsible management programs of WEEE (waste of electrical and electronic equipment) that the association has in place.

Regarding protecting the environment and growing ecofriendly behaviors, supporting such initiatives continued to be one of the main points of interest in 2025, with activities ranging from planting trees in deforested areas together with the Se Poate team, to supporting the creation of green urban spaces for communities alongside the Climato Sfera association, or the growth of knowledge and regenerative farming practices among farmers together with the AIDER Association.

Also, to offer Romanian NGOs new opportunities to implement projects with a real positive impact, in 2025 we launched a new edition of our traditional funding program, “We Care Together”, which was dedicated last year to education and environmental protection, thus giving new partners the chance to make a difference.

In line with the main directions followed by the international Group of which we are part, we will continue to work together with our collaborators to build a better and sustainable future.
