For the second consecutive year, we are a „Great Place to Work”

We are pleased to announce that we have received the “Great Place to Work” (GPTW) certification for the second consecutive year, awarded by the independent global authority Great Place to Work® Institute following a careful assessment of the company’s organizational culture and work environment.

Following the recertification process that analyzes human resources practices, working conditions, professional training programs and development opportunities within the company, we continue to be an exceptional workplace from the point of view of our colleagues. The evaluation method used is based on five dimensions, representing essential criteria for employees: credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie. This model allows for a thorough investigation of employee perceptions of the workplace, as well as employees relationships with the leadership team or with their colleagues.

With a participation rate of over 58%, the result of the study confirms that we respect and accept all colleagues, regardless of who they are and what lifestyle they lead. Among the most important aspects, our colleagues mentioned equal opportunities (regardless of race, gender, age, or sexual orientation), flexible work environment, oriented towards respecting the boundaries between personal and professional life, and physical safety. They also consider that they have multiple opportunities for learning and developing professional or personal through courses, workshops, and access to training platforms. Another important aspect that emerged from the study is the fact that SG GSC has created a positive environment that encourages contribution in the local communities through social responsibility initiatives.

We are grateful to receive the re-certification of “Great Place to Work” and to be again on the list of the best workplaces in Europe and in the world.
