SG GSC Romania received the Great Place To Work certification for the third consecutive year

Our colleagues’ feedback is the best way to analyze our working environment and to be able to continuously improve. This year, following a careful evaluation of the organizational culture and work environment within our company, carried out by the independent global authority Great Place to Work® Institute, we obtained a very good response from our teams and received the “Great Place To Work” certification for the third consecutive time.
| Following the recertification process that analyzes human resources practices, working conditions, professional training programs and development opportunities within our company, we continue to be an exceptional workplace from the point of view of our colleagues. The evaluation method used is based on five dimensions, representing essential criteria for employees: integrity, respect, fairness, satisfaction, and collegiality. This model allows for a detailed investigation of the perception of the workplace as well as the relationships between colleagues or between colleagues and the management team. |
| With a participation rate of over 58%, we are happy that 81% of our colleagues who answered the questionnaire consider our work environment to be great, an increase of 8% compared to last year. This result is based on the open dialogue that we encourage, dialogue which contributes to the development of a good relationship, based on mutual respect and understanding between colleagues and between top management and colleagues. Another important aspect that emerged from the study is the fact that 71% of the respondent colleagues noticed concrete action plans following the results of the previous questionnaires. These plans include activities customized based to needs of our employees, such as the Employee Experience umbrella project designed to offer a variety of actions for the professional and personal development of our colleagues. |  |
The fact that we celebrate special occasions together, the recognition of individual and team success, the friendly relationship with the teams and the manager, the diversity of benefits and equity in terms of promotions and career development are among the most important aspects that our colleagues especially appreciate in SG GSC. As in the previous year, this new certification offers us the opportunity to analyze the answers of our colleagues, to implement a large part of the initiatives that they propose and to constantly improve our work environment, in order to continue to be a Great Place To Work. |
