In a world full of options and opportunities it can be hard to decide what is the best job for you. Young graduates or final year students dream of the perfect job, but it’s hard to know what that really means. Internship programs, part-time jobs, full time opportunities, they all sound great, but many of them need a certain experience, are available for just a couple of fields, or have so many other restrictions which makes it so difficult to be eligible.
With all this in mind, we, Societe Generale Global Solution Center, came up with a program especially designed for those candidates who want to start their career in our company.
What exactly does that means?
A 12-month paid program created to offer young graduates, and final year students, the possibility to really understand what job best suits them by working alongside experienced professionals. Having the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects and gain insights into the industry. Working with multiple and diverse teams and learning about different functions. Receiving mentorship from seasoned professionals and participating in regular training sessions to help them grow and develop their skills.
One unique aspect of our program is that it is tailored to the candidates’ specific interests and career goals. Whether someone is interested in software development, project management or data analysis, we’ll work with each of them to design a personalized learning plan that fits their needs. We understand that every individual has strengths and weaknesses, and that is why our program is designed to help everyone maximize their potential and achieve their dream career.
During the 1st month, each selected applicant will be experiencing all our Business Lines and activities, with a program of 5h/day. After this period, they will choose the job that best fits their skills, competencies and interests and kick start their on-the-job experience. Also, to support them during exams and graduation period, we offer the possibility to choose between part-time and full-time work for the second and third month of the program.
The participants will have the opportunity to experience a lot of fun activities at the office, since we organize monthly entertaining events for all our colleagues. Also, we implement on a yearly basis over 200 volunteering activities, so they will be able to give back to the community by joining our team of over 1000 volunteers.
In addition to all the practical expertise they’ll learn during this program, we will emphasize on the soft skills such as communication, the ability to work in a team, leadership models, developing a proactive attitude and many more. These abilities are essential for success in any industry, and we believe that they are just as important as the technical competences.
Who can apply?
- Final year students or fresh graduates with Bachelor/Master degree;
- No prior work experience needed;
- Good knowledge of English (B1 level) and/or French (B1 level);
- Desire to learn and start your professional experience in a multinational and multicultural organization;
